      A: The Claret SRSLY NGS Library Prep Kit can be adapted for G4. Please contact Claret technical support, technicalsupport@claretbio.com , for a detailed protocol.

      LIBRARY PREPARATION PROTOCOL

      Perform the following steps:

      1. Follow the Claret SRSLY Library Prep Protocol, but perform the final PCR Amplification step, 'Index PCR' with 10 uL of the Singular Primers (Non-Indexed or Indexed) instead of the primers listed in the protocol.
      2. Make sure to perform the library Quality Control steps listed here: Amplified Library Prep Quality Control
