This article describes the storage conditions for G4 Sequencing Reagents

The Reagent Cartridge should be stored between -25°C and -15°C. The Sample Cartridge, Wash Buffer, and Flow Cells should be stored between 2°C and 8°C. Please ensure that reagents are equilibrated to room temperature before use.
