How Do I Prepare Sequencing Reagents?

You can either thaw a cartridge for 3 days in the refrigerator, or in a temperature-controlled water bath at 20°C–22°C in 2.5-3 hours.

If the water bath is not temperature-controlled thawing time may vary. Refer to the G4 Sequencing Platform User Guide for details regarding reagent preparation and loading.
